At Still Point Wellness, we support adults navigating burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the ongoing search for balance and meaning. Our work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to grow.
You don’t need to be “ready” or have the right words.
You just need a space where you can show up as you are.
Therapy that honors your whole self: mind, body, and lived experience.
Depending on your needs, your therapist may draw from:
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Mindfulness-based approaches
We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, therapy is tailored to your goals, your pace, and your lived experience. We work collaboratively, checking in regularly to ensure the process feels supportive and aligned.
At Still Point Wellness, we take a holistic approach to mental health care. We integrate evidence-based therapies with somatic and mindfulness-informed practices, because healing involves both the mind and the body.
Our goal is to help you move from surviving to living with intention.
After decades of working in the Charlotte area, we recognized a need for more integrated, thoughtful mental health care—care that addressed trauma, meaning, and the nervous system, not just symptoms.
Still Point Wellness was created to offer a space where clients could experience therapy as both grounding and transformative. A place where clinical expertise and human connection coexist. A place where growth feels possible, even when things feel heavy.
Today, our collaborative team of clinicians brings together more than 30 years of combined experience. While some members of our team are early in their careers, all are supported within a shared, trauma-informed framework rooted in compassion, ethics, and evidence-based care.
