Erin brings a deep understanding of trauma, meaning, and the mind–body connection to her work. Her background in EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and existential therapy allows her to tailor care to each client’s unique needs.
She helps adults make sense of how past experiences continue to shape their present, and supports them in creating more grounded, meaningful lives.
Erin values the process of helping clients move from feeling stuck in old patterns to living with greater clarity, connection, and intention. Erin believes therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about reconnecting with the strengths, insight, and resilience that are already there.

Outside the therapy room, Erin is a wife and mom who values time with her family and friends.

She loves thrifting, yoga, being outdoors, and enjoying a good book with a cup of coffee. These grounding practices shape how she shows up—with presence, balance, and perspective.
