Every meaningful life includes seasons of change. And that expansion brings questions, or doubts to the surface. Who am I? Why does this matter to me? What do I actually want? At Still Point Wellness, we provide affirming, judgment-free therapy for individuals navigating identity, relationships, and becoming.
You might be ready for this if you're:
→ Ready to understand yourself more fully
→ Stepping into a life transition and want to move through it with clarity
→ Reclaiming your sense of self on your own terms
→ Struggling through self-doubt and building real confidence
→ Working through the shape of your relationships, without a one-size-fits-all model
→ Looking for a space that feels affirming rather than neutral-at-best
Therapy at Still Point is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
It's a process that meets you where you are, through:
We support the relationships that make up your life, including non-traditional structures and LGBTQ+ identities, without simplifying you into a single label.
We pay attention to what's happening in your body, not just your thoughts, because a lot of what we carry doesn't fully resolve through talking alone.
We work on reconnecting you with your own voice and intuition, so your decisions come from a true sense of who you are, not habit or doubt.
We help you explore who you are, at your own pace, while making sense of the experiences and relationships that shaped how you got here.
Identity exploration and self-understanding
Rebuilding identity after a life transition
Stephanie is an integrative and trauma-informed therapist who can meet identity, relational, and spiritual questions with real clinical depth, not a single framework applied to everyone.
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist herself, she brings lived understanding to the ways identity and social systems shape how clients see themselves and their place in the world.
Stephanie Ledbetter, LCSWA
Hannah's warmth and curiosity create a space where clients feel genuinely seen rather than judged, especially when navigating identity or relationships that don't fit a conventional mold.
Her appreciation for the small, meaningful details of a life shapes how she shows up in sessions, bringing the same attention and care to a client's inner world that she brings to her own.

At Still Point, we also focus on:
• seeing the whole person, not just the presenting issue
• helping you understand yourself, not just cope
• building self-trust as part of the bigger picture, not a side note
• creating a space that feels safe, not clinical or judgmental
Because feeling better is only part of it. The deeper work is reconnecting with your own intuition and becoming who you're meant to be.
The version of you that's ready to grow is already here. Reach out through our contact form, and let's start building a life that actually feels like you.
I don't have a specific problem—I just feel unsettled. Is therapy still right for me?
Yes. You don't need a crisis or a clear problem to justify starting therapy. Feeling unsettled, restless, or unsure why things feel different than they used to is often the first sign that something in you is ready to grow, even before you can name exactly what that is.
At Still Point, we meet you in the unsettled feeling itself, helping you explore what's underneath it at your own pace, without pressure to land on a fixed answer right away.
How is this different from therapy for anxiety or depression?
This work can absolutely include anxiety or depression, but it isn't built around a single diagnosis. It's built around bigger questions—who you are, what you actually want, and how you got here—that often sit underneath symptoms without being fully addressed by symptom-focused treatment alone.
At Still Point, our approach treats identity, purpose, and self-trust as the point, not a side effect of feeling less anxious or less depressed. We're working toward a fuller, more grounded sense of self, not just relief in the short term.
Do I need to identify as LGBTQ+ or non-monogamous to work with you?
Sessions are tailored to where you are in life, whether that's navigating school, friendships, and family dynamics as a teen, or independence, identity, and life direction as a young adult.
At Still Point, our therapists who work with teens and young adults understand these differences and adjust their approach accordingly, rather than using one script for every client regardless of age. The goal is always for therapy to fit you and your actual life, not the other way around.
Do I need to identify as LGBTQ+ or non-monogamous to work with you?
Not at all. We speak about LGBTQ+ identity and non-traditional relationship structures because they're a specialty or many clinicians in our practice, and affirming care is a value we hold. But it's not a requirement to be here, anyone navigating identity, life transitions, or their own sense of self is a fit.
If either of these areas applies to you, you'll be working with clinicians who specialize in exactly that, and you won't need to explain the basics. If neither applies to you, the same depth of support is still here.
How long does this kind therapy usually take?
It depends on what you're working through and what you're hoping to get out of it. Some people come for a few months to move through a specific transition or question, while others stay longer to keep building on the deeper identity and self-trust work over time.
At Still Point, there's no fixed timeline or program you're expected to follow. We check in regularly about what's working and what you want next, so the length of your work here is shaped by your goals, not a predetermined structure.
