Hannah brings a warm, collaborative presence to her work with adolescent girls, young adults, and women. She helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, identity development, and life's transitions with curiosity and compassion. Hannah believes meaningful change happens when clients arrive at their own insights, and she sees her role as gently guiding that process while offering steady support and encouragement."
LCSWA
Outside the therapy room, Hannah is usually in the kitchen testing a new recipe or hosting friends for dinner. She's always on the hunt for her next favorite coffee shop, and she and her English black Labrador — who she considers her child — are regulars at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. When she's not there, you'll find her thrifting or spinning records at home. These everyday rituals of connection and creativity carry into her work with clients, showing up as warmth, curiosity, and an appreciation for the small moments that make up a meaningful life.
Navigating identity, self-esteem, and the pressures of growing up
Building tools to feel steadier and more like yourself
Exploring who you are with curiosity, not judgment
Finding footing when everything feels like too much
A space to show up fully as yourself
We are passionate about helping people navigate the parts of themselves shaped by fear, pain, or doubt—and about showing that change is possible, even when it feels out of reach.
What motivates us every day is walking alongside clients as they reconnect with their strengths, access inner resources, and build lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose.
You don’t need to be “ready” or have the right words.
You just need a space where you can show up as you are.
