Stephanie takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy that draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, somatic and body-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She believes therapy is not about fitting people into a specific model, but about creating a collaborative space where each person’s unique story, identity, and inner wisdom are honored.

Stephanie is a relational, intuitive, and creative therapist who values curiosity, openness, and collaboration. She works with clients to explore the deeper experiences and patterns that shape their lives while helping them build greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and connection. Her approach is grounded, warm, direct, and reflective, blending insight-oriented work with attention to the mind-body connection.

Stephanie is passionate about helping clients feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves and take up space in the world. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore, take risks, and move toward the lives they want to create.

At Still Point Wellness, we do this work because we believe everyone has the capacity to heal and live a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

We are passionate about helping people navigate the parts of themselves shaped by fear, pain, or doubt—and about showing that change is possible, even when it feels out of reach.

What motivates us every day is walking alongside clients as they reconnect with their strengths, access inner resources, and build lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and purpose.
You don’t need to be “ready” or have the right words.
You just need a space where you can show up as you are.
