about us

Still Point : an integrative, trauma-informed care

After years of work in the Charlotte area, Erin and Kim recognized a need for a more holistic and comprehensive approach to mental health care. Still Point Wellness was created to offer therapy that honors the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience.

Our collaborative team of therapists and wellness practitioners integrates somatic healing, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches. Depending on your needs, your therapist may draw from:
 • EMDR
 • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
 • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
 • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

You’ll be met with compassion, collaboration, and respect for your pace. Because therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you access what’s already there: your resilience, your clarity, and your capacity to grow.
