Support that meets you where you are, and helps you move forward with clarity and care.

At Still Point Wellness, we see both the struggle and the effort it takes to keep going. We work with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and resilient—and who are also tired of managing everything alone.

Our sessions are designed to help you slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful change that lasts.

If you feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward—but know something needs to change—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

We support adults navigating:

 • Burnout, exhaustion, and overwhelm
 • Anxiety and chronic stress
 • Trauma, including childhood and developmental trauma
 • Life transitions, identity shifts, and midlife changes
 • Family-of-origin patterns and attachment dynamics
 • Divorce and family restructuring
 • Chronic illness and its emotional impact
 • Caregiver stress (parenting, aging parents, or both)

Our approach

Healing is not just cognitive. It’s embodied.

At Still Point Wellness, we take an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honors both the mind and the body. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based therapies while staying attuned to your lived experience, nervous system, and values.

Depending on your needs, your therapist may integrate:
 • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
 • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
 • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
 • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
 • Mindfulness-based approaches

We don’t use a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that fits your goals, your pace, and your life.

This guided journal offers daily prompts and grounding exercises to help you: create moments of calm in your day, reconnect with your strengths and inner resources, clarify what matters most to you, release what’s weighing you down, take intentional steps toward balance.

Individual Therapy

Personalized, one-on-one support focused on you.
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to explore what’s been weighing on you—without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we work to understand patterns that no longer serve you and develop tools that support regulation, clarity, and self-trust.

In individual therapy, you may work on:
 • Reducing anxiety and emotional reactivity
 • Processing trauma and unresolved experiences
 • Building emotional regulation and resilience
 • Clarifying values, boundaries, and priorities
 • Shifting long-standing patterns rooted in family of origin
 • Reconnecting with meaning and purpose

Support for connection, communication, and change.
Relationships are often where stress, trauma, and unspoken patterns surface most clearly. Couples and family counseling provides a structured, supportive space to understand these dynamics and work toward healthier ways of relating.

This service may support you in:
 • Improving communication and reducing conflict
 • Understanding attachment patterns and emotional responses
 • Strengthening connection and trust
 • Creating more clarity and collaboration in relationships

Our approach remains trauma-informed and relational, helping each person feel seen while working toward shared goals.

Couples & family counseling

Focused support for deeper, accelerated work.

Therapy intensives offer a condensed format for individuals or couples who want to address specific concerns in a shorter timeframe. This option can be especially helpful when you’re feeling stuck, navigating a major transition, or seeking deeper momentum.

Intensives are thoughtfully structured around your goals and capacity, allowing space for reflection, integration, and rest. They are not about rushing healing—but about creating continuity and depth.

Intensives (1–3 Days)

Restorative experiences for reflection and renewal.

Retreats combine therapeutic practice, mindfulness, and guided reflection in a supportive environment. These experiences are designed to help you step out of daily demands and reconnect with yourself in a more intentional way.

Retreats offer space to pause, integrate, and reset—while remaining grounded in therapeutic principles.

Retreats

Healing in connection with others.

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others navigating similar challenges. Many clients find that group work reduces isolation and provides meaningful insight through shared experience.

Groups are facilitated by experienced clinicians and grounded in safety, respect, and confidentiality. They may focus on emotional regulation, trauma recovery, resilience, or personal growth.
